Judge Says 'Intelligent Design' Is Not Science
A federal judge, saying "intelligent design" is "an interesting theological argument, but not science," ruled that a school board violated the Constitution by compelling biology teachers to present the concept as an alternative to evolution. By Henry Weinstein.

The judge claimed that 'intelligent design' is not science because it cannot be tested. That is clearly hogwash.

We all know that there are certain people who have special access to the gods. Some can even talk to them!

Er, may be more. If not how do we explain examples like
- people asking or instructing the gods to bless so and so,
- people talking to the 'great designers' at their dinner tables or altars
- people quoting little ditties or reading little booklets with certainty that they were 'words of god'.

With such super-human abilities, 'intelligent design' can surely be easily tested i.e. the scientific method would be 'chicken feed' so to speak. The judge could have asked these fellas to call upon their special comms links to the 'great designers' and ask the gods to reveal their great 'intelligent designs' (via these fellas of course).

In fact, throughout history there were so many cases of certain such less bestowed people claiming to have done exactly that that we would be laughing our hearts out if not for the killings they made in the name of god(heard of those burnt for heresies?) and the 'respect'we have to accord them.

Examples are their cock-sure claims that the Earth is flat, all celestial bodies go round the Earth cos it is a 'special place', the end of the world was coming (since thousands of years ago and still coming), gods wiping out entire creations but need an old fella and a wooden boat to save one pair of animal (only animals hah?) each, women are made from a particular bone of a man (if so simple the likes of Elton John would be making babies with their 'male wives' and the Church should be proud of their virgin fathers!), etc. etc.

What they don't realise is that the only people uncovering and marvelling at the 'great designs' of Nature are the scientists.

All while the other bunch hitch-hike along (want to know why the Jesuits and the British army looked so impressive to old days Chinamen?), and use smart alec comments like 'so what if such & such a scientific discovery or achievement is made? what's next?'

What's next is the potential uncovering of yet another part of the 'great design'. Another peep into the workings of great Nature. Another link revealed among the rules of 'intelligent design'.

All while the other bunch repeat generations after generations some of the aping acts listed above. So what's to ape next?

Where is the intelligence? Got the design?

Imagine the Galileo-likes looking into their telescopes saying 'Hey you guys gotta see this. The only way it could be the way it is is if things are organised in such and such a way'. And the pope-likes saying 'you bunch of idiots are spreading heresies and shall be burnt!'

The ungodly explanation for that is quite simple. The notion that everything goes round the Earth was an idea from the likes of Aristotle whom the Romans admired. So when the popes hijacked Rome, they merely aped after the admired Romans and their admired thinker but claimed that it was 'God's idea' as weight just to win the argument that Earth is special.

And when the Galileo-likes claimed they can prove Aristarchus' idea that the Earth actually goes round the sun, the popes flipped and wanted respect so they burnt some of those fellas off to get it. Aristarchus lived about the same time as Aristotle.

Actually, if the popes then had talked to present day scientists (we don't need these fellas?) they would have gotten tonnes of reasons why Earth is special without having to have the Sun and everything go round it but they didn't or couldn't.

If the gods designed intelligence, they didn't give it to certain people. That may be part of the design.

Want another test?
