What Smart Chinese Feed their Children

One day I shared with a colleague what I thought were a couple of important things in our diet: lots of water and regular consumption of eggs (my view was fears about high cholesterol in eggs is a hype).

That colleague agreed and told me that a relative of his living in the US follow this breakfast regime for their children:
- they drink lots of water
- the water are served from magnetised steel containers
- they have half-boiled eggs

He said the children of that family all ended up with PhDs...

CCK Note:
The reason why I thought eggs are special is this. The egg is the ONLY naturally occuring thing that can produce a complete and healthy life form without any external help except for some warmth. Even fruits, nuts and seeds of plants (which are also special) need to draw on water and nutrients from the surrounding earth. But eggs do not even need water which is amply supplied within it. To be able to do that, the egg must be truly special and must contain all the important ingredients of life!

I later read that eggs contain many good protein and chemicals including Choline which help development of brain cells.
